Support the prioritization and grooming of the defect and feature backlog, working closely with engineering and within product management. Collaborate with product managers to maintain and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring alignment with market needs and available development resources
Help maintain product documentation, certification trackers, and internal wikis. Prepare summary decks and reports for leadership reviews
Draft detailed use cases, user stories, and product requirements for engineering, with mentorship from senior team members
Participate in certification processes for platforms like Zoom and Microsoft Teams, including documentation, test planning, and coordination with external labs
Work with engineering, QA, marketing, and external partners to align feature sets, integration points, and release schedules
Assist in shepherding products through development, launch, and post-release support, including customer feedback and troubleshooting
Monitor and analyze industry trends, competitive products, and emerging disruptors to inform product strategy.
