Ensuring mandatory requirements have been fulfilled and written confirmation is produced alongside processing extension or failed probations
Giving first line support for employees relating to the lifecycle of their employment
Management of the leavers process including carrying out exit interviews, producing references & further education repayment fees
Creating and management of employee files
Assist where required in any other ad hoc administrative duties for the business
Co-ordination of the LOR Induction course
Co-ordination of the Employee Referral Scheme
Provide guidance on HR policies and processes ensuring they are adhered to

Strong communicator with excellent multitasking skills.
Proactive and confident with working independently, as well as in a team.
Minimum 6 months experience working as a HR Administrator/Coordinator in a large company focusing on onboarding
Adaptable and open to change and innovation.
Organised and IT-efficient, you will be using platforms such as Success Factors, e-Arcu, iTrent, and Microsoft Teams.
Quick to learn new systems and processes.
