- Providing technical advice to the business and act as a focal point for all technical design related matters on the development.
- Provide design solutions to the build team during the production process to ensure that issues are resolved in a timely manner.
- Reviewing the work from external architectural practices to ensure they meet the agreed brief
- Drive innovative and cost effective solutions into the design.
- Appoint and manage a range of external consultants, managing their performance to ensure that they deliver the agreed outcomes.

They have recently won several new, residential project and as a consequence, they are looking for a Project Architect who is capable of helping to manage the project from inception to completion, managing internal and external design teams to ensure that the project is delivered on time, to budget and in line with the agreed targets.
The right candidate will have experience working as an Architect / Part Qualified Architect on residential or related projects.
