Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft clear and insightful reports.
Experience using Microsoft Project or similar tools for programme development and analysis.
At least 3 years' experience in a consultancy environment.
Confident in leading meetings and capturing accurate minutes.
Solid knowledge of Statutory Consents and Building Control Regulations.
A self-starter with the ability to adapt to evolving client and project needs.
A degree in Civil Engineering, Project Management, or Construction Management.
