Collaborate with the origination, trading, engineering and AM teams to understand the operation of renewable systems for advising on applicable agreements.
Oversee, draft and advise on commercial power contracts including complex offtake, power purchase agreements and hedging transactions

We have partnered with a market leading IPP on a search for an experienced attorney with energy trading/PPA/Offtake agreements. The prime focus of the individual will be to support the origination team in their formulation of offtake agreements, hedging documents and PPA's in the United States.

JD qualified
Law firm experience preferred
Desired - 2 year + experience with renewable projects
5 years + attorney experience supporting a trading or origination function
