Requirements

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Solar install experience preferred—but not required (we train!)
Comfortable working at heights and in all weather
High school diploma or equivalent
Team player with a sharp eye for detail and problem-solving
Knowledge of wiring and construction is a big plus
Great communication skills and positive attitude
