Junior ServiceNow Developer responsible for maintaining a healthy platform, implementing technical solutions, and collaborating with other business units.
Contribute as a technical SME when collaborating with other key parts of the APA business, including People & Culture, Infrastructure, Procurement and Finance
Implement solutions that provide value, are relevant, purposeful, and sustainable
Plan and develop workshops (when required) for project-funded works that require discovery and holistic solution design for product lines that fall into your remit
Work with our ServiceNow Product Team to ensure that solutions are aligned with the platform’s strategic roadmap and that we are always eliminating unnecessary customization and pushing APA towards a greater state of maintainability
Play a key role in the delivery of day-to-day ‘must have’ works for APA and be mentored by our Senior ServiceNow Developer to uplift and enrich your own skillset

Experience in customer-facing roles (i.e. technical support) as business engagement is a crucial part of the APA way
Genuine flexible work environment (WFH with a light in-office requirement)
Applicants should be experienced in application development across multiple platform product lines, preferably within a variety of customers environments
Location: Melbourne or Brisbane preferred, but desirable candidates are welcome from anywhere
Australian citizen or permanent resident
Strong Application development in the Core Platform and ITSM product lines
Excellent communication and customer services skills
Experience in taking business challenges and translating them into a suitable technical solution within ServiceNow
Proven ability to innovate, adapt, and work under pressure in complex environments with multiple stakeholders and firm deadlines
Varied deliverables across multiple product lines
Relevant Industry certifications such as ITIL, ServiceNow CSA, ServiceNow CIS, etc...
