Assist with the production, development, maintenance and management of WSP Planning & Development (P&D) Civil 3D templates, parts lists, training and associated guidance documentation;
Provide leadership and oversee the implementation of agreed BIM training across WSP P&D business aligning with Digital strategy.
Rationalise and manage guidance notes on software add-in and tools development;
Provide operational leadership for the implementation of project protocols on associated digital tools and platforms;
Support in the project delivery stage to define project protocols and WoW regarding digital / BIM deliverables;
Attend industry working groups and workshops to stay abreast of new technologies, updates to software and keep the business informed about current best practices and future innovative technologies and potential requirement for training.
Contribute to and improve working practices in the delivery of BIM.
In addition to AutoDesk software there will be a need to develop use of Bentley software to support work in sectors where this software is a requirement, such as Highways and Rail;
Manage training and development for BIM/ Technician staff and manage the training required for implementation of new technologies.
Develop / respond to project BIM requirements documentation ensuring that our technicians (UK and GCC) have adequate understanding of ISO 19650 best practice;

Proven experience leading BIM implementation across multi-disciplinary infrastructure or energy projects, including the development of BIM Execution Plans and standards aligned with ISO 19650.
Strong technical expertise in BIM software (e.g., Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, Civil 3D, or Bentley products) with practical knowledge of model coordination, data exchange, and digital workflows.
Relevant degree or professional background in engineering, construction, or digital design, supported by BIM-specific training or certifications (e.g., BRE, Autodesk, etc).
Strategic mindset with a passion for digital transformation, including driving innovation, process improvement, and automation in project delivery.
Excellent collaboration skills, with the ability to manage and support global delivery teams, lead training sessions, and promote digital best practices across diverse teams.
