As part of a dynamic field service team, you will experience a diverse workplace where no two days are alike. You will work across our network, handling installations, repairs and maintenance while ensuring timely and brilliant customer service.
To succeed, you need to be an autonomous, motivated self‑starter with extensive experience in copper and fibre network assurance, fault finding and installations. An ACMA licence, preferably combined with a Certificate III or IV in telecommunications, along with dedication, drive and a customer‑focused attitude, is essential.
Key personal attributes include a current driver’s licence, strong written and verbal communication, an approachable caring attitude, a passion for problem‑solving, and the ability to work under tight deadlines with autonomy and integrity. Availability to work within the 7 am‑7 pm window and travel to sites away from your residence is required.
