Working on S104 / S38 / S278 submissions and technical approvals
Leading or supporting the design of residential infrastructure projects
Managing elements of projects (Senior role: full project management + fee proposals + BD)
Liaising with clients, design teams and local authorities
Guiding junior engineers, checking work and ensuring project quality
Developing drainage strategies, level plans and earthworks appraisals
You’ll take a hands-on role in designing infrastructure, planning and detailed design stage, with real ownership and progression available.
Producing Flood Risk Assessments, Utilities Statements and technical notes
Several years’ post-graduate UK consultancy experience
Proficiency with MicroDrainage & AutoCAD (Civils 3D beneficial)
