Provide asbestos abatement monitoring and air testing
Field monitoring of abatement projects in accordance with applicable federal, state and local regulations
Conducting building inspections and investigations for asbestos and asbestos related hazards.
Handling a variety of tasks including environmental investigations and assessments including regulatory compliance, asbestos and lead paint inspections and remediation oversight
Issuing detail reports in regards to all asbestos related activities on assigned projects.

5-10 years experience managing projects and report writing.
BS in Industrial Hygiene, Environmental Science, or other related field

Ability to comprehend/review construction drawings, knowledge of building components
NYS DOL Licensed Asbestos Inspector Certification.
Working knowledge of Excel/Word
Valid driver's license & good driving record are required.
Strong technical writing skills, the ability to successfully multi-task, safety awareness, and a good record and understanding of safe work practices
NYC Department of Environmental Protection (DEP) Asbestos Investigator Certification.
OSHA 10 Hour Construction Safety and Health Training
Must have strong knowledge of NYC rules and regulations as well as NYS,
