The Senior Marketing Manager will lead multi‑channel campaigns that actively engage clients through digital platforms and in‑person events, establishing JLL thought leadership and driving commercial growth. Reporting to the Brand and Demand Lead, this role will project‑manage end‑to‑end marketing activation on high‑visibility projects, developing detailed plans, coordinating stakeholders, and delivering within agreed timelines and budgets.
Key duties include managing high‑profile brand campaigns across digital and out‑of‑home channels, delivering successful events and sponsorships, overseeing the UK client insights programme, and shaping marketing activities around themes such as sustainability. The role also involves leveraging the latest digital channels, integrating AI, and crafting compelling client journeys to continuously engage prospects.
The ideal candidate is an energetic, creative marketer with at least five years of B2B marketing experience, preferably in real estate. They should be highly organized, detail‑oriented, and skilled at project management, stakeholder communication, and budget oversight, while possessing excellent written, verbal, and visual communication abilities.
