What you would be doing
- Support special projects and activations as assigned by leadership
- Keep detailed records of guest preferences and requests in CRM and PMS systems
- Maintain updated vendor contact lists and preferred partners
- Support VIP and celebrity guest handling in collaboration with Guest Experience leadership
- Handle incoming calls and emails for Concierge services with discretion and poise
- Coordinate transportation, ticketing, dining, and spa reservations
- Communicate effectively with all departments to ensure guest expectations are met and exceeded
- Follow up on all guest inquiries and requests to ensure satisfaction
- Liaise with Front Office, Housekeeping, Spa, F&B, and external partners to coordinate experiences seamlessly
- Stay up-to-date on city happenings, seasonal programming, and luxury trends
- Source specialty items, personalized gifts, and off-menu requests with discretion and resourcefulness
