Provide technical training and guidance to analysts and site personnel on CMS tools and best practices.
Perform time and frequency domain analysis (e.g., FFT, envelope FFT, trend analysis) to detect early-stage mechanical faults such as bearing wear, gear tooth damage, misalignment, and imbalance.
Monitor and analyze vibration data from wind turbine components using platforms such as SkySpecs Horizon and other CMS tools.
Create and maintain a CMS Watch List to prioritize and categorize findings based on severity, risk level, and operational impact, ensuring timely follow-up and resolution.
Monitor and interpret temperature trends and lubricant analysis to detect thermal anomalies, lubrication degradation, abnormal wear and contamination trends.
Maintain a high regard for personal safety, for the safety of company assets and employees, and the general public
Collaborate with Engineering and Asset Management teams to interpret CMS data and support root cause analysis (RCA) and repair strategies.
Develop and refine alarm thresholds and diagnostic rules to improve early fault detection and reduce false positives.
Support the rollout and integration of new CMS technologies across the wind fleet, including pilot testing and validation.
Contribute to the development of internal CMS procedures, documentation, and reporting standards.
