Successful candidates should have a high school diploma and at least two years of production or processing experience, with knowledge of raw materials, mechanical tools, electrical systems, and basic mathematics. Required skills include reading comprehension, monitoring, active listening, critical thinking, forklift certification, and proficiency with iPad/computer/ISO systems.
