In this role the engineer will analyze operational data, identify systemic variation, and lead cross-functional improvement projects. Responsibilities include facilitating root-cause analysis, kaizen events, time studies, and deploying standard work and process controls to sustain gains.
Ideal candidates hold an Associate’s, Bachelor’s or Master’s in Engineering or Engineering Technology, with 2–4+ years of manufacturing experience (or 6+ years without a degree). Preferred qualifications include Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification, proven DMAIC leadership, strong statistical analysis skills, and experience with PFMEA, PPAP and aerospace manufacturing.
