Supply Chain Intern

• Track and log document revisions to ensure version control.
• Provide general administrative support to the EPC team, including calendar management, data entry, and internal coordination.
• Organize and maintain digital and physical project documentation.
• Support the NDA (Non-Disclosure Agreement) process and maintain related documentation.
• Take and distribute meeting minutes to ensure clear communication and follow-up.
• Analyze current spend data to identify trends, cost-saving opportunities, and supplier performance metrics.
• Develop supplier analysis reports to support strategic sourcing decisions.
• Assist in scheduling and coordinating meetings and calls with external partners.
• Build and maintain supplier market intelligence databases.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, benchmarks, and competitive supplier landscapes.
• Assist with purchase order entry and tracking in coordination with the procurement team.
• Conduct research on potential suppliers and vendors.
• Help prepare reports, presentations, and summaries for internal use.
• Provide data analytics support to evaluate supplier capabilities, pricing structures, and risk factors.
• Maintain organized records of supplier communications and project milestones.
• Support the team in maintaining accurate and up-to-date project records.
• Assist in collecting and comparing pricing data from vendors and EPC partners.
• Support the team in evaluating cost options and preparing summary reports.

Enfinity Global is seeking a highly organized and motivated intern to support our supply chains with administrative, operational, and analytical tasks. This role is ideal for a student interested in renewable energy, project coordination, and learning how large-scale infrastructure projects are managed from the inside out. The role also offers exposure to supplier market research and data analytics, providing a well-rounded experience in both operations and strategic sourcing.

• Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Project Management, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel and Outlook); familiarity with data visualization tools is a plus.
• Ability to communicate with people at all levels of the organization.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
