The Engineer will drive operational compliance across managed sites by optimizing building‑system performance, ensuring regulatory compliance, and implementing cost‑effective maintenance strategies. This role strengthens client relationships through responsive service delivery while mentoring high‑performing teams and delivering innovative solutions that enhance asset value and sustainability.
Key duties include monitoring, maintaining, and operating building systems and equipment, managing vendor performance, and ensuring system uptime. The Engineer assists with incident response planning, conducts tests and data analysis, and provides level‑1 support under a Lead Engineer’s guidance. As a people manager, the Engineer coaches staff, encourages ideas for process improvement, and safeguards facility reliability and safety.
Required competencies include the ability to read and apply technical manuals, strong organizational and multitasking skills, and effective communication across all maintenance levels. Technical knowledge of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire‑suppression systems is preferred. The position is based on‑site in Singapore.
