The Manager - EHS is responsible for managing and coordinating with all contractors and project stakeholders to ensure a safe working environment. The role requires generating regular reports that highlight risks and outline mitigation plans.
In this role, you will prepare and maintain a detailed project safety plan aligned with overall project goals and generate reports that capture safety observations and corrective actions taken to control safety parameters.
Key responsibilities include defining safe working areas for all site personnel, developing a comprehensive site logistics plan, ensuring all safety inductions and processes are followed, and maintaining proper documentation for safety compliance from all stakeholders.
The ideal candidate has over 16 years of experience in project EHS management, a proven track record in site EHS management for data centre projects, and the ability to deliver projects within established safety parameters. They will also produce weekly and monthly reports highlighting good practices and improvement plans.
