The consultant will assist in preparing tenders, proposals and technical reports, perform data analysis and interpretation, and undertake field work such as soil, surface water, groundwater and gas sampling. Responsibilities also include designing sampling programs, analysing complex environmental problems to devise client‑focused solutions, and engaging professionally with a wide range of stakeholders.
Candidates should hold a tertiary qualification in Environmental Science, Engineering or a related discipline and have less than one year of consulting experience. Proven capability in environmental and contamination management—particularly soil and groundwater remediation within mining or oil & gas sectors—is required, along with strong report‑writing and computer‑literacy skills. Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities, self‑motivation, a current unrestricted WA driver’s licence, and Australian citizenship or work rights are also essential.
