HVAC Service Technician

Description

The HVAC Residential Service Technician role involves diagnosing HVAC issues for homeowners, presenting repair or replacement options, and delivering a Five‑Star experience while driving revenue growth.

• Set weekly schedule with two consecutive days off
• Perform routine tune‑ups, maintenance, and repairs on residential HVAC systems
• Engage customers professionally and build rapport on‑site
• Identify upgrade or replacement opportunities and explain benefits
• Schedule and host appointments for Comfort Advisors, assisting in sales conversations
• Maintain accurate records of service calls and appointments
• Collaborate with sales team to meet or exceed revenue targets

• Require 1+ year HVAC experience; EPA Universal preferred; valid WA driver’s license and clean driving record; strong customer‑service skills
