Key duties involve responding to resident complaints, supporting move‑outs, managing lease renewals, assisting with rent payments, inspections, parking and pet registrations, handling parcels and service requests, and coordinating resident events.
The Resident Relations Specialist is responsible for enhancing resident retention and experience by managing the entire lease renewal process and aiming to maximize renewals. The role requires strong problem‑solving skills and a commitment to exceeding service goals.
Successful candidates are goal‑driven, adaptable to a fast‑paced environment, and excel at problem solving and teamwork. A PA real‑estate license is preferred, and at least two years of customer‑service experience in a similar fast‑pace setting is required.

The position is based at The Sterling Apartments, a 500‑plus‑unit community in the Rittenhouse neighborhood of Philadelphia, PA, located in the heart of Center City with easy access to the city’s culture and history.
