- Ensure compliance with our internal processes and procedures and documentation standards. Understand and adopt the Client / project specific procedures.
- Preparation of sub-contract agreements and award of sub-contracts to the most suitable, client approved sub-contractor.
- Ensure high quality service delivery on every task in allocated time.
- Plan the tasks well and discuss with team leaders regularly
- Floating tenders to Technically and Commercially competent parties, preparation of comparative statement, and evaluation of strengths and weaknesses of various parties for the finalization of sub-contract
- Development of Project Budget, BOQ from drawings and tenders, liaising with Client
