Order plumbing materials and manage inventory across multiple active job sites.
Assign, lead, and support plumbing crews; track attendance, productivity, and quality of workmanship.
Coordinate closely with project managers, superintendents, builders, inspectors, and other trades.
Lead and enforce jobsite safety practices, including safety meetings and compliance with OSHA and Bayonet safety policies.
Mentor and train apprentices and journeymen to promote skill development and career advancement.
Review and interpret blueprints, site plans, and job specifications; ensure accurate layout and pipe installation.
Perform routine quality control inspections to ensure timely and accurate project completion.
Provide technical expertise and troubleshooting support to field crews as needed.
Maintain accurate documentation of production, inspections, material usage, labor hours, and incidents using mobile reporting tools.
Ensure all plumbing systems meet Florida Building Code (FBC - Plumbing), local jurisdiction requirements, and Bayonet quality standards.
Supervise day-to-day plumbing operations at residential new construction job sites throughout Tampa, Florida.

High school diploma or GED.
Ability to work outdoors in Florida’s heat, humidity, and changing weather conditions.
Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred.
Experience supervising multiple subdivisions or large-scale residential developments.
Comfortable using digital tools such as mobile apps, email, and scheduling platforms.
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 Certification.
Advanced knowledge of rough-in, top-out, and finish plumbing for single-family and/or multi-family new construction.
Ability to walk, stand, bend, kneel, and lift up to 50 lbs in active construction environments.
Comfortable working in crawlspaces, attics, trenches, and elevated areas as required.
Working knowledge of Florida Plumbing Code, permitting, and inspection processes.
Florida Journeyman or Master Plumber License.
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
Minimum 5 years of residential plumbing experience, including at least 2 years in a supervisory or lead role.
