

Cloud-based construction procurement and material/tool management platform for trade contractors
The Technical Support Specialist works with the Customer Success Team and end users to identify, communicate, and resolve workflow issues and common questions, with a strong focus on SaaS cloud support. Responsibilities include setting up data flows, cleansing data, monitoring daily information exchanges, alerting the team to issues, creating documentation, and proposing IT solutions based on client needs.
The role is full‑time, in‑person, and non‑exempt, offering standard healthcare benefits, two weeks of PTO per year, and a salary range that includes additional compensation components such as bonuses and medical coverage.
