Delivers daily support services to a variety of service areas that include facility and general maintenance, preventative and reliability maintenance, facility safety, HVAC, electrical systems and building control and automation, and site management

Valid driver’s license and active journeyman HVAC license

Ability to perform basic computer skills (e-mail, time entry, work order software system)
Provides extensive knowledge of HVAC, control systems, building automation, electrical systems, energy management, fire alarm and smoke removal systems, engineering, installation, and construction procedures
Knowledge and familiarity with applicable state, federal, and local building codes
Programming and troubleshooting skill with KMC, Tridium/Honeywell, and/or other equivalent building automation systems
5 years in facilities maintenance or related field, with at least 2 years in HVAC/R maintenance in KMC, Tridium/Honeywell or equivalent building automation systems (BAS)
Knowledge in performing (RFP’s) Request for Proposals and closely following detailed procurement protocols
Ability to work safely and demonstrate safe work practices

Bachelor’s degree in construction management or completion of a certified apprenticeship in HVAC/R, or equivalent combination of education plus work experience
