- Communicating daily with different team members to provide customer support.
- Working daily with customers, providing solutions to technical problems, troubleshooting and identifying the appropriate parts needed for replacement.
- Coordinate all proposal activities for Siemens Energy GT Service parts with a focus on Voltage Regulators.
- Prepare and review technical documentation, including maintenance reports, Bill of Materials, and Drawings.
- Coordinate activities during the preparation of quote documents describing the technical, financial and legal aspect of the part's quote.

- Ability to set and manage customer priorities in a timely manner.
