Prepare and lead design presentations for clients and NYC public agencies, clearly communicating design vision and technical rationale.
Coordinate closely with consultants, contractors, and client representatives to align design intent with project goals, budget, and schedule.
Interpret and apply NYC zoning regulations, building codes, Local Law 11, ADA requirements, and applicable agency standards.
Guide project deliverables using AutoCAD and Revit/BIM, ensuring accuracy and high-quality documentation.
Lead and manage the design process from concept development through construction documentation.
Oversee team, providing direction on design strategy, technical execution, and project coordination.
Establish and maintain design standards, workflows, and quality control procedures across all project phases.

Registered Architect (RA) in NY.
7-15 years of experience in architectural design.
Preference will be given to candidates with K-12 experience.
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Direct experience with NYC and NY State public agency projects: both ground up and renovation work.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit/BIM, Microsoft Office and Adobe Suite.
