• Attend trade shows and industry events to promote Rycor’s offerings.
• Monitor local trends and competitors; spot and act on growth opportunities.
• Maintain clean CRM data; produce sales reports and forecasts.
• Run in-home and on-site appointments; present and demo heat pump solutions.
• Measure spaces, capture photos, and create design plans for proper heating and cooling.
• Can you guide a client from first meeting to signed contract—and a flawless handoff to operations?
• Negotiate pricing and terms; close to hit sales goals.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery and high satisfaction.

Requirements

• Are you comfortable performing BTU calculations and sketching layouts that make comfort simple to understand?
• Thrives both independently and on a team.
• Do you enjoy face-to-face consultations where you can translate homeowner needs into smart HVAC designs?
• Track record in sales/account management; in-home consulting experience preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; trusted advisor presence.
• Effective negotiator and closer.
• Comfortable with CRM platforms and Microsoft Office.
