The role of Manager – EHS within Property and Asset Management in Delhi/NCR involves leading the full suite of property management services at the site and driving operational efficiency through innovation and technology. The manager reports to the Account Director and works on‑site in Gurugram.
The position requires overseeing environmental, health and safety (EHS) operations for all sites, ensuring alignment with regulatory requirements, international best practices, and internal systems. It also includes handling regulatory compliance, addressing external concerns, and keeping senior leadership informed of EHS performance.
A key part of the job is to raise EHS awareness by delivering training, meetings, presentations and special activities, as well as planning improvements such as injury control, incident investigations, PPE management, safety audits, and reduction of water, energy and chemical consumption.
The ideal candidate is analytical, meticulous and possesses strong problem‑solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail and the capability to manage people dynamics effectively.
Required qualifications are a degree or diploma in EHS (or equivalent) and a minimum of seven to eight years of experience in the facility, real‑estate, hotel or construction industry.
