

Design‑build multi‑trade contractor delivering integrated engineering, electrical, systems, lighting and prefab solutions.
The specialist will handle material unloading, distribution, and staging; prepare and clean job sites; perform basic tasks such as trenching, pulling wire, conduit support, equipment setup, and tool handling under skilled tradespeople; collaborate with electricians, plumbers, and mechanical teams; follow safety protocols; learn basic construction techniques; and support documentation like labeling, inventory tracking, and reporting.
Power Design is seeking a Construction Specialist to support Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) projects. The role offers hands‑on experience across multiple scopes and a pathway to an Apprenticeship Program for future growth.
Prior construction or labor experience is preferred but not required, as training is provided. Candidates must be capable of physical work, willing to support multiple trades, possess a strong work ethic, reliability, teamwork skills, and a commitment to safety and Power Design’s core values.
