Tasks

-Innovation and Development: Drive the research and development of new AI technologies and their application within AutoCAD and Infrastructure products like Civil3D -Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams, including product management, engineering, and design, to seamlessly integrate AI solutions into our product offerings -Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop high-performing AI teams, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment to deliver state-of-the-art solutions -Thought Leadership: Represent Autodesk at industry conferences, workshops, and within professional networks to stay at the forefront of advancements in AI/ML technology -Strategic Leadership: Define and implement the AI technical strategy for the AIR org, aligning it with Autodesk’s broader technical goals and business objectives -Stakeholder Engagement: Communicate technical strategies, progress, and outcomes to key stakeholders across the organization -Project Management: Oversee the development and execution of AI and machine learning projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with product requirements -Quality Standards: Ensure the highest quality standards in AI and ML model development, testing, and deployment
