Recruitment Consultant - Construction

Description

• Liaise with recruiting team members.
• Oversee full cycle recruitment process.
• Bring process through to offer acceptance and placement
• Coordinate interview and hiring discussions with interviewers and hiring managers.
• Be the point of contact for the talent acquisition team.
• Screen resumes and interview qualified candidates.
• Negotiate salaries and benefits on offer.
• Work with client groups to understand their hiring needs and goals.

Requirements

• Natural sales and outgoing personality.
• Must have a minimum of 12 months experience working in a similar role.
• Willing to work in the Dublin office at least 2 days a week.
• Excellent commission model (no threshold).
• Dedicated Linkedin Recruiter License.
• Work Laptop, iPhone and latest tools and technologies.
