Instruct and evaluate field employees on compliance related to company, customer and federal/state regulatory requirements
Develop and manage training/evaluation atmosphere conducive to proven adult learning and classroom management techniques
Provide valid US work authorization documents for E-Verify
Evaluate the skill level and competency of new hires and existing linemen who are progressing through the apprenticeship program
Conduct training and training evaluations through ample knowledge of electrical standards of practice
Employ learning theory strategies to maximize training for all types of learners and skill levels
Verify that all employees receive proper instruction on safety and technical skills

10+ years electric transmission and/or distribution construction experience required. Prior training experience must be present within this requirement.
Mobility required within an office, warehouse and construction site environments
Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, Excel, smart phone and tablet applications
Bilingual a plus
Ability to occasionally lift up to 20 pounds
