What you would be doing

The job holder will be responsible for processing and managing customer orders accurately and efficiently. The role includes coordinating with suppliers and internal departments, monitoring inventory levels, ensuring timely delivery, and maintaining proper documentation to support smooth order operations.

  • Suggest improvements to streamline ordering and reporting workflows.
  • Prepare and distribute daily stock reports to management.
  • Maintain and update daily sales records of new vehicles.
  • Prepare and submit detailed vehicle specification files to internal teams.
  • Coordinate with logistics and clearance teams for timely delivery and registration.
  • Coordinate with the marketing and finance teams for promotional stock and pricing details.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to consolidate monthly and quarterly vehicle forecasts.
  • Track and monitor vehicle orders from placement to arrival.
  • Follow up with suppliers and clearance agents for pending documentation or shipment issues.
  • Ensure all ordered vehicles comply with agreed specifications.
  • Submit sold units to the dealership management system accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Reconcile sales reports with physical stock and dealer inventory systems.
  • Participate in regular inventory checks and assist during audits.
  • Support the implementation of new systems or tools for better efficiency.
  • Maintain records of all vehicle orders, invoices, and related documentation.
  • Ensure adherence to internal controls and audit requirements.
