Survey and design gas boiler installations for social housing projects

Tasks

-Attend client meetings to liaise with work schedule. -Completion of heat calculations -Produce a list material for the installation. -Complete a site walk at end of installation work, ensuring tenant satisfaction. -Arrange all appointments with the tenant & client including survey, installations and handover visit. -Completion of build design drawing, in line with heat calculations -Attend joint handover visit with the client. -Support both tenant and engineers in day with any queries. -Coordinate engineer labour availability for planned installation date via a program of works.

Requirements

What You Bring

-Hold a valid in date driving licence with no more than 6 points -Hold valid right to work in the UK -Have experience with Heating System Design and Install -Hold ACS qualification including CKR1 and HTR1
