Assure that the contract obligations' for testing and record keeping are adhered to during an Audit.
Communicates with field personnel and supervisors to ensure resolution of issues in an appropriate and timely manner.

Evaluates compliance with PG&E guidance documents for maintenance and construction documentation per established quality review processes.
Keep calibration records and ensure that all testing equipment has current calibration records
Collaborates with appropriate stakeholders to inform, initiate, and ensure correction when discrepancies are found.
Collaborates across business units and builds consistency in quality and qualification practices and procedures on all project efforts. Ensures policies, procedures, and standards are adhered to as well as protect the company’s interests.
Assess sub-contractors' capabilities to meet the quality requirements of the project as required.
Aspires to achieve a zero injury culture through visible support of Teichert’s Injury Prevention and Safety program, the implementation/interpretation of Quality Assurance programs, active facilitation or participation in Quality Assurance meetings and training sessions, and ensuring required compliance training for craft is completed; reviews compliance related topics with craft to keep them abreast of current changes/improvements to program; participates in conducting quality training and oversight for craft employees.
Actively supports administrative function goals and objectives through completing technical/ administrative projects accurately and on time, providing ongoing support as required, and proactively resolving challenges and issues as they pertain to office services.

Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management, or a Construction related field, or equivalent combination of technical training and related experience.
Current on all company required safety and regulatory training
Minimum 3-7 years of experience in gas pipeline construction, pipeline materials, underground pipelines, along with an understanding of tools, and equipment. Or equivalent experience / knowledge in related field.
Physical: Sitting for long periods of time working at the computer or driving to job sites. Job site visits require walking on uneven ground, climbing, bending, stooping, crawling in confined or enclosed spaces. Some lifting of materials and equipment up to 50 lbs. Close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus. May work long hours during peak seasons.
Ability to learn new concepts quickly and adapt to changing business conditions and ambiguity.
