Determine, monitor and control standards for work products, such as plan sets, reports, specifications, and data files
Provide and execute an ongoing mentorship plan for all members of the office survey group
Establish, implement, monitor and maintain procedures and quality standards for office staff
Develop, provide and coordinate service-specific education and staff development.
Build, maintain and grow a strong culture for the service group that aligns with Westwood’s corporate values
Support market-based business development by providing technical expertise
Ensure that work products have a consistent process across offices, and are delivered efficiently
Work with Director, Land Surveying on staffing, utilization and workload balancing
Advise Director, Land Surveying in hiring decisions and identify technical resource needs
