Description

The Operations Coordinator completes administrative processes for the branch to enhance operational efficiency, effectiveness, customer satisfaction, and profitability. This role delivers superior customer service and communication to both internal and external customers while supporting the branch financial manager with guidance and information that drive performance and profitability.

Oversee accounts receivable process and maintain local collection contacts.
Monitor weekly and monthly lease, contract maintenance, and special billing; resolve issues promptly.
Complete fleet service activities such as licensing, permitting, vehicle in/out service, and citation processing.
Track and coordinate external asset services, including unit jacket files, wash sheets, fueling, and vendor support.
Collaborate with Fleet Services to support licensing, permitting, citations, and other fleet operations.
Perform process analyses and reviews of billing, reports, credit memos, citations, accounts receivable, licensing, and recommend solutions.
Utilize systems like QlikView or AS400 to analyze operational dynamics for problem solving and process improvement.
Maintain district personnel files, JJ Keller reports, weekly payroll, and process new hire paperwork.
Execute projects and tasks assigned by the Branch Financial Manager and District Financial Manager.
