Are you a commercially astute professional with a talent for driving growth, optimising value, and shaping effective business operations?

  • Strong knowledge of UK commercial and contract law, including negotiation and contract management.
  • Excellent financial and analytical skills, with the ability to assess data, evaluate risk, and inform strategy.
  • Strong relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate at all levels.
  • Experience in a commercial management role, ideally within housing, property, or a related sector.
  • A relevant degree in law, surveying, business, or the built environment (chartered status desirable).
