Strong background delivering high-rise residential or commercial builds $50m+
Trade qualification or degree/diploma in Construction Management
Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills
Significant experience as a Site Manager on multi storey or large scale construction projects
Currently progressing through façade and fit-out
Solid understanding of WA building standards, codes, and safety practices
