HDR is seeking a dynamic, diverse, and talented traffic designer for our Pennsylvania offices. The position works under senior traffic engineers on a variety of traffic design projects, ranging from small bridge replacements to large interstate or interchange reconstructions, and may involve multidisciplinary work.
- Use Microsoft Office, ProjectWise, HSC, and Synchro software.
- Hold a master’s degree (preferred).
- Obtain the EIT certification within six months (required for career progression).
- Possess experience in traffic planning and design.
- Have a working knowledge of PennDOT and PTC specifications.
- Hold a bachelor’s degree.
- Demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multitask across multiple projects.
