Perform work safely and effectively. Understand and follow oral and written instructions, including warning signs, equipment use, and other policies.
Train and supervise the work of less experienced Specialists and/or Coordinators
Work with the suppliers and Responsible Engineers to understand deliverables coming/past due
Maintain project specific logs and reports
Develop, define, and analyze solutions to documentation requirements
Process project deliverables by formally issuing documents via the project electronic document management system within 24 hours of receipt
Work during normal operating hours to organize and complete work within given deadlines. Work overtime and weekends as required.
Facilitate project deliverables, documents for operation and final project turnover acceptance
Plan, control, and direct the activities of assigned Document Coordinators
Perform quality check for all deliverables to ensure adherence with internal and contract requirements and clearly communicate all required deliverable corrections with Responsible Engineer when quality check requirements have not been met

At least 3+ years of experience in document control in the Construction, Design Build, or EPC industry sector.

Ability to use appropriate tools and methods to collect and analyze data to identify and resolve business and/or technical problems.
Familiarity with document control tools and software.
