Support strategic pursuits and Go/NoGo decisions.
Project Participation: Identify risks and vulnerabilities.
Increase Stantec’s Market Presence: Leverage client relationships to grow climate change and resilience services in Quebec and Canada.
Collaborate with Stantec practitioners across global offices to support overall growth.
Drive business development with new and existing clients.
Support crossselling of services to existing clients.
Analyze impacts on built and natural environments and communities.
Recommend adaptation measures (technical solutions, policies, regulations, emergency plans).
Maintain and implement regional climate solutions project plans.
Prepare effective technical proposals.
Build and expand client relationships for recurring business.
Lead Growth of Climate Solutions Services in Quebec: Identify and develop new opportunities.
Internal Collaboration: Act as a climate solutions resource for colleagues across all Stantec sectors.
Business Development & Strategic Leadership: Work with practice leaders, sector leaders, and account managers to increase revenue.
Develop adaptation plans.
Develop technical proposals for key projects.
Prioritize risks based on client criteria.
