Responsibilities to include but not limited to everyday operations for pipe installation from approved plans, planning and procuring materials for work, coordinating staff, working with owner representatives, and implementing a safe work place.

Order tools and equipment
Manage field crew in day to day production of projects
Participate in proactive team efforts to achieve departmental and company goals
Interpret blueprints/plans and construct accordingly
What you bring

Be able to communicate in English via verbal and written communications
Manual dexterity sufficient to reach/handle items and work with the fingers
Five (5) years of experience managing dirt crews on highway projects
Demonstrated experience in utility work supervision to include gravity sewer, sewer force main, storm drain and waterline (NNWW preferably)
Exhibit a high level of safety consciousness and a clear understanding of equipment safety
Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with abstract and concrete variables
Lift, push, or pull and move up to seventy (70) pounds
Ability to physically maneuver by foot minor obstacles at construction projects
Valid driver license for occasional, required travel
Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions
