Collaborate with IT, Operations, and Finance teams to identify bottlenecks and deliver scalable solutions that enable business growth.
Drive continuous improvement of end-to-end processes spanning opportunity management, contracting, order fulfillment, and invoicing.
Support change management, training, and rollout of new tools and workflows across teams.
Lead cross-functional projects to scale and optimize commercial systems supporting battery energy storage deals, battery materials procurement, and sales operations.
Ensure alignment between commercial priorities and operational capabilities as Redwood's business scales.
Develop and maintain process documentation, business requirements, and standard operating procedures as it relates to commercial systems.

Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
5–7 years of experience in program or project management, business operations, or systems-related roles.
Familiarity with CRM and ERP systems; experience with system implementation or integration is a plus.
Experience in energy storage, battery materials, or clean energy industries preferred.
Ability to perform essential job functions in compliance with ADA, FMLA, and other relevant federal, state, and local regulations, including meeting both qualitative and quantitative productivity standards
Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Supply Chain, or related field.
Independent, motivated, and comfortable working in a dynamic startup environment.
Ability to communicate clearly and effectively on the telephone, including listening and speaking
Proven ability to manage multiple complex initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
