• Recommend flooring solutions that match style, function, and budget
• Prepare and present proposals using iPad, software, and laser measures
• Follow a proven, process‑driven sales system from consultation to close
• Maintain clear, consistent follow‑up to ensure customer support
• Network within the community to build referral relationships

• 2+ years of in‑home or outside sales experience in flooring or home improvement
• Strong knowledge of flooring products, trends, and installation processes
• Detail‑oriented, organized, and excellent at follow‑through
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to connect, influence, and inspire confidence
• Tech‑savvy with comfort using tablets, CRMs (Salesforce), and basic measuring tools
• Valid driver’s license and reliable availability for client appointments
