Regional Sales Manager

Description

• Visit and contact customers and prospects on a regular basis
• Establish and maintain relationships across all accounts to ensure highest levels of satisfaction and cooperation
• Generate and follow up on leads, sample, and technical requests
• Maintain and grow sales in designated accounts within North and South America

Requirements

• Detail oriented
• Ability to coordinate, cooperate and function in a team environment
• Strong sales and negotiating skills
• Strong communication skills (both written and verbal)
• 5+ years of sales experience, preferably in the inorganic pigment industry
• Excellent listening skills
• Ability to balance multiple, competing, and high priority demands
• 30-40% travel required
• Strong planning and organizational skills
• Professional appearance / presence
• Strong customer and market application knowledge
• Demonstrated success working with cross-functional teams
• Bachelor’s degree required in a technical field required
