  • Apply a variety of modeling principles, techniques, and analyses to enhance project outcomes.

  • Exhibit proficiency in software packages and workflows associated with BIM specialism/discipline.
  • Dry utilities design capability using the AutoCAD Civil 3D. Candidate with Wet utilities design background will be also considered.
  • Certification in drafting or BIM software from providers such as Autodesk, Bentley Systems, etc., is highly desirable.
  • Utilize effective computer skills with a proficient knowledge of Microsoft Windows and related word processing, spreadsheet, and database software.
  • Knowledge of and ability to apply various modeling principles, techniques, and analyses.
  • Demonstrate expertise in the usage and management of Common Data Environment (CDE) for model production.
  • Proficiency in software packages and workflows associated with BIM specialism/discipline.
  • Minimum of 3 years of related work experience in BIM.
  • Proficient computer skills with a strong working knowledge of Microsoft Windows and related software.
  • Knowledge of Common Data Environment usage and management for model production.
  • Diploma in a relevant discipline. Bachelor’s Degree will be an advantage.
  • Good communication skills (both verbally and in writing) on technical and non-technical subjects.
  • Communicate effectively (both verbally and in writing) on technical and non-technical subjects related to modeling.
  • Capability to perform clash analysis with other utilities and resolve the conflicts as directed by the Engineer
