- Exhibit proficiency in software packages and workflows associated with BIM specialism/discipline.
- Dry utilities design capability using the AutoCAD Civil 3D. Candidate with Wet utilities design background will be also considered.
- Certification in drafting or BIM software from providers such as Autodesk, Bentley Systems, etc., is highly desirable.
- Utilize effective computer skills with a proficient knowledge of Microsoft Windows and related word processing, spreadsheet, and database software.
- Knowledge of and ability to apply various modeling principles, techniques, and analyses.
- Demonstrate expertise in the usage and management of Common Data Environment (CDE) for model production.
- Proficiency in software packages and workflows associated with BIM specialism/discipline.
- Minimum of 3 years of related work experience in BIM.
- Proficient computer skills with a strong working knowledge of Microsoft Windows and related software.
- Knowledge of Common Data Environment usage and management for model production.
- Diploma in a relevant discipline. Bachelor’s Degree will be an advantage.
- Good communication skills (both verbally and in writing) on technical and non-technical subjects.
- Communicate effectively (both verbally and in writing) on technical and non-technical subjects related to modeling.
- Capability to perform clash analysis with other utilities and resolve the conflicts as directed by the Engineer
