Schedule and direct quality control technician daily, communicate with technician constantly to maintain schedule.
Coordinate delivery of material and equipment to the job site.
Follow-up on all purchase orders and/or extra work.
Maintain consistent contact with General Contractors to be aware at all times of expected installation dates.
Lay out crews to install material on scheduled dates.
Keep up to date with all RMC Policy and Procedures, industry standards and government regulations.
Keep project status up to date to ensure timely delivery.
Manage and schedule installation of HVAC material and equipment.
Maintain open and positive communication with Trade Partners.
Conduct weekly inspections, and safety meetings. Provide copies of signed safety forms to General Contractor and RMC Safety team.
Walks job constantly to follow-up with Foreman and installers.
Manage Sub-contractors, ensure work done meets contract and company requirements.
Request and coordinate HVAC material and equipment needs with purchasing department.

Must demonstrate proficiency and knowledge of air duct distribution systems, commercial and industrial. Know relevant building codes, current legislation, regulations, policies and procedures for the installation and maintenance of systems.
OSHA 30 Certification required.
